This class focuses on components that promote a healthy, strong back via a blamed of Indian & Japanese yoga, Pilates and very specific and targeted strength, stretch and self massage techniques. You will learn practical spine maintenance techniques that reduce aches, pain and high stress levels. This class is semi-private and highly customized to its participants and is designed to restore your body.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for online and in person classes. If you are not able to cancel 24 hours before the class or you are unable to attend, you will be charged the full amount. No refunds will be given on single payments or membership payments.
