This class includes cardio dance and sassy, easy to follow dance routines that will be added to each week similar to a traditional dance class!
This class is designed to build strength, improve flexibility and align your body through a fusion of dance conditioning, yoga and pilates.
This is a class we will focus on all the components that promote better posture, core & back strength, muscle relaxation and stress relief.
90 minutes // $30 per person
Open up your hips and your heart relieving aches, pains and tension from your hips, low back, upper back, neck and shoulders.
