In this focused, video-on-demand workshop you will learn how to activate specific, important muscles that support different parts of your body. Experience tension release of tight muscles that gives you longer lasting results than a massage or stretching alone.


What you'll need:

  • Yoga or pilates mat

  • 2 therapy balls (or tennis balls)

  • 2 yoga blocks (or sofa pillows)

  • Bolster (or couch cushion) 

  • Yoga strap (or a robe belt / resistance band)
