Progress update – Email is BACK!

I'M SO EXCITED GUYS!!!! Phase one of my website is READY!!!! This means, you are now able to sign up for Weights & Yogalates via my website – www.thewellnessconnection.co.

luisa@thewellnessconnection.co is working again, so if you need to reach me regarding workshop scheduling or for privates on Reformer Pilates, YOU CAN! If you still have issues with my email, check your spam folder or contact me through one of the forms on the Private Sessions or About Luisa.


Coming soon... You will see a "Bronze Membership" option in the checkout flow for online sessions, however, most of the benefits for VOD subscribers will not be ready until I get my video-on-demand library uploaded. This will happen in the next week or so. More info on this very soon!

Focus: NERVOUS SYSTEM TRAINING

Manage and maintain the "motherboard" of your body. Your nervous system controls every aspect of your health including your thoughts, memory, learning ability and feelings as well as your movements, reactions and organ function. In this 90 minute workshop, learn how to work with, program and condition your nervous system to help ease daily stress and function more optimally.

SASS Class! (Hybrid) • $20 per person

Focus: Fun, easy to follow, sassy choreography!

When: Thursday, March 3 @ 8:30pm - 9:30pm

Where: Studio A


Learn a fun new dance routine to sassy, fun music. This is a NOT scary dance class for all levels! Have fun, get your sweat on and train your brain while you're at it.
