Spring Wellness Women's Day Retreat

It's Spring cleaning time! Join in this wellness day retreat filled with workshops, yoga, meditation, relaxation and fun. We will be reconsidering goals and intentions that have been set, discussing what has been sucessful for this year and what we are still working towards. We will dive into our priorities and see where we can let certain things go or make some simple changes to utilize our energy more efficiently. Focusing on what really matters: our health and welbeing as well as living a fulfilled life.

This location is green, open and spacious, giving us a panoramic view of north east Los Angeles. It is one of our more local retreats as well. We also have access to a beautiful craftsman home with a full kitchen and nice bathrooms, however, we will be spending most of our time outside.
