Spring Wellness Day Retreat 2024

Join Shashona and Luisa on a deep dive into the Divine Mother role we all embody as caring human beings and learn to let go and receive more nurturing, support and caring ourselves. 

As a caring human, we all know how to nurture, care for and support our friends, families, pets, and even bosses and co-workers! But at times it may be hard for us to pause and make sure we are receiving the same. Spring is the perfect time to connect to Mother Earth and all her offerings, as well as planting, growing and harvesting ideas for our future. We will learn about the wellness triangle, find where our embalances are and design a plan of action moving us closer to our goal of good health and wellness.

We will have special guests, a hearty salad bar and breakfast treats, workshops, movement classes, nature walks, swimming/hut tub time AND we are bringing back the wellnes striangle quizz from our frist Spring retreat in 2021!

This location is so special to us since we personally know and love the property owner and have done two reatreats here already! It's at a beautiful, serene and private location tucked into the Alta Dena mountains and this time we are breaking up our event by bringing in special guests tp share their talent and wisdom. It's the PERFECT day for a much needed get away!
