Your head is pretty heavy and when our heads are forward looking into a screen or down looking into a phone for hours on end, it stresses out our neck and shoulders. Due to the neurological connections of the cervical spine, loss of our healthy neck curve can produce pathological tension and put our entire body in disarray. This class is a must for anyone that owns a phone or computer!
