Stretching alone cannot release hip flexors and may even add to the problem. In this workshop, you will follow a series of poses that are designed to activate and release your Psoas and may help relieve the symptoms of anxiety. This series is based on a Japanese style of yoga called "Zen Ki" that works with the meridians of the body. These poses paired with self massage and restorative yoga is the perfect blend of methods to give you a total reboot.
