About the Event
Help manage and maintain the "motherboard" of your body. Your nervous system controls every aspect of your health including your thoughts, memory, learning ability and feelings as well as your movements, reactions and organ function. We will be practicing breath work, self massage, gentle stretching and restorative yoga techniques as well as learning a few hands on magic tricks from "Visceral Mojo" created by Dr Perry Nickleston. This class is a must for anyone living in and being a part of this fast paced world of today.
Regular practice of these monthly Relax & Recharge workshops helps combat stress, regulates your nervous system and releases everyday tension from your body. We do breath work, therapeutic exercise, active and passive stretching, self massage with therapy balls and foam rollers.
