As women or female identified folks, taking the time for self-care can be a very real struggle. Now there is a workshop that combines emotional care, fun, body care and support from other women that is finally worth making the time for yourself. The life/work juggle is real and we know that fun, support and to have your body & soul feel nourished is possible for you too.

Adrienne & Luisa will guide an exploration of connecting internally with our embodied intuition, and the felt experience of our true self as our own inner parent, allowing for more freedom & flow in the body. By befriending ourselves, our sensations, emotions and parts of us that play roles in our lives or hold pain in the body-we build more emotional tolerance, authenticity, balance, happiness, freedom, flow and connection both within and around us. Through these practices, we reclaim our ability to play and care for ourselves. The Relax & Recharge portion of the workshop is designed to teach simple body care techniques, help combat stress, regulate your nervous system and release everyday tension from your body.
