About the Event
From the bottom of your feet to the top of your head, we will strengthen muscles that support your joints and your spine (spoiler alert: your spine is just a series of joints ;), learn general alignment rules and also bust some alignment myths. This class is great if you have joint pain, are coming back from an injury or are super active in heavy lifting, running or practice yoga often. This class will also give you a guideline if you are wanting to start an exercise regimen but are not sure you are "doing it right".
Regular practice of these monthly Relax & Recharge workshops helps combat stress, regulates your nervous system and releases everyday tension from your body. We do breath work, therapeutic exercise, active and passive stretching, self massage with therapy balls and foam rollers.

- Yoga, Pilates or gym mat
- Yoga Strap (or robe belt!)
