About the Event
This month Luisa is working on Feet, Knees & Hips health. You will work the muscles and fascia of your feet, legs, hips and glutes working out tension, tightness and strengthening your alignment. Working these areas can help decrease foot, knee and low back pain and, helps your ability to squat, run and lunge. In this workshop you will do gentle exercises followed by stretching, self massage and breath work. It's time for some self care and relaxation!
Regular practice of these monthly Relax & Recharge workshops helps combat stress, regulates your nervous system and releases everyday tension from your body. We do breath work, therapeutic exercise, active and passive stretching, self massage with therapy balls and foam rollers.

- Yoga, Pilates or gym mat
- Yoga Strap (or robe belt!)
