Everyone need good, sweaty fun sometimes. Join DJ Ama B and myself, Luisa Frias for an hour of guided cardio dance grooving to an ecclectic 90's trip hop mix including Portishead, Massive Attack, Sneaker Pimps and more. This class is DJ's choice - she spins her set and we move! She will also be taking a few requests at the end so come with your favorite song on your mind and your song may get picked to dance to!
This class is designed for EVERY BODY. No need to have any kind of dance or movement experience. Grab a friend or two, fill up your water bottles and LET'S GO!
