Service Description

This class is great for anyone looking to feel stronger and move around with greater ease. We use 2 to 3 sets of weights to work all the muscles in your body while getting your heart rate up. You will feel stronger, taller and more toned when you do this type of class on a regular basis. What you'll need: • Yoga mat • 2-3 sets of hand weights between 2-15 lb (Since it's not a heavy lifting class, we recommend starting with 8 lb weights).


Cancellation & Refund Policy

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for online and in person classes. If you are not able to cancel 24 hours before the class or you are unable to attend, you will be charged the full amount. No refunds will be given on single payments or membership payments.
